After a number of small beta events that only lasted a few days, NCSoft and Carbine Studios and announced that their action-adventure sci-fi MMO WildStar has now entered Open Beta phase. This means that for the next ten straight days, the game servers will be open for anyone to access 24/7 starting May 9th, 2014 at 12:01 AEST and ending May 19th, 2014 at 4:59PM AEST. Once the open beta closes, servers will be taken down until the worldwide launch on June 3rd, 2014.
In addition to the video and 10 days of access, Carbine lifted the level cap to 30, allowing players to dig even deeper into the world of WildStar but still leaving plenty to be uncovered when the main game goes live.
