XD Games has confirmed that a collaboration event between the life simulation title Heartopia and the My Little Pony franchise is scheduled to commence on 14 February 2026. In addition to this upcoming event, the publisher has released the game’s first seasonal update, “Winter Frost Season Fashionwave”.
The game’s first season, Winter Frost Season Fashionwave, runs from 31 January 2026 to 13 March 2026. This update introduces winter-themed mechanics and locations. Players traveling to the top of Onsen Mountain will find new ice and snow slides, along with a skating rink designed for practicing figure skating choreography. For those wishing to customize their own spaces, ice rink flooring has been added to the build mode options. Snow interactions have also been expanded. Players can shovel fallen snow to construct snowmen, or interact with large snowmen placed around the town to transform their avatars into snowmen.
The update includes Winter Frost Season Fashionwave Gift Boxes, which players can purchase and level up. These boxes contain various rewards, including Heart Diamonds, Exhibition Passes, building materials, a Fashionwave Penguin set, and an exclusive skin for the steel tongue drum. To mark the season, the in-game concert venue will host opening and closing concerts, each lasting for one week. These events allow players from different towns to meet, watch firework displays, and purchase handheld items such as glow sticks from vendor stalls.

On the collaboration front, the event will center on Whale Island, where the Tree of Harmony from My Little Pony will appear. The objective for players will be to use the Elements of Harmony to reawaken the tree, allowing it to return to Equestria. Prior to the main event launch, a pre-event campaign will begin on 7 February 2026. This week-long period will feature daily puzzles for players to solve. Successful completion of these puzzles will unlock Time-Limited Exhibition Passes and an exclusive pet costume based on the character Spike. More information on the event is set to be shared next week.
