The strategy RPG Super Robot Wars Y is set to start the month off with some considerable content drops. This begins on 2 February with the free version 1.2.0 update, which raises the pilot level cap to 150, increases stat enhancements to +50, and implements an expanded STG Memory system alongside the twenty-wave "Battle Rush 2" mission. Shortly after, the "Awakening of a Soul" DLC package will release on 5 February, with Season Pass holders gaining access on 3 February; this expansion introduces five new playable units from franchises such as Kotetsu Jeeg, Getter Robot – The Jet-Black Drifters, and Brave of the Legend Da-Garn, accompanied by sixteen new Area Missions and a new Assist Crew Member.
