Superkami and Toplitz Productions have officially confirmed that Sengoku Dynasty, their open-world survival RPG set in feudal Japan, will be making its console debut on 21 August 2025. The title will be available on PlayStation 5 (with enhancements for PlayStation 5 Pro) and Xbox Series X|S – with Xbox Play Anywhere functionality also supported.
Originally launched via Early Access in mid-2023, the upcoming console version compiles all post-launch content released for PC to date. This includes the Version 1.1 ‘Bushidō’ update, which introduced enemy raids on player villages, expanding the survival and strategic layers of gameplay. The game has been optimized for console hardware, promising a faithful experience across platforms.
In Sengoku Dynasty, players find themselves shipwrecked on the scenic yet untamed coast of Nata Valley. The goal: survive, build, and thrive in a society forged by those who have escaped the chaos of the Sengoku period. From constructing settlements and managing resources to raising a family and passing your legacy to the next generation, the game seeks to blend life simulation with exploration and light combat.
Cross-platform cooperative multiplayer allows up to four players to explore and build together, regardless of their chosen platform.
