Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. has released the latest downloadable content for Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream. Titled Worlds Beyond IV: Symphony of a Dazzling Dawn, the fourth DLC is now available across all platforms: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
This update introduces two new playable characters: Mito, from Sword Art Online The Movie – Progressive: Aria of a Starless Night and Scherzo of Deep Night, and Cat Alice from the Unital Ring arc. Both characters were spotlighted in a pair of new trailers shared alongside the DLC’s launch.
Mito enters the fray as a fast-moving attacker with strong offensive capabilities. Once a beta tester in the original SWORD ART ONLINE, she is caught in Galaxia’s rampage and faces a critical showdown with a powerful enemy. Thanks to her agility and power, she emerges victorious in the encounter.
Meanwhile, Cat Alice brings a different combat approach, serving as a mage who excels in attribute-based attacks, aerial combat, and stun techniques. Her versatility allows her to adapt to a wide range of battlefield scenarios, making her a tactical choice for players who enjoy varied playstyles.
