In concluding the Honkai: Star Rail Concert 2025 series in Shanghai, HoYoverse shared several announcements regarding an upcoming collaboration and a look ahead at the Honkai brand’s future.
Among the most notable announcements was fresh details on the previously teased Honkai: Star Rail collaboration with Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works]. The crossover event, titled Sweet Dreams and the Holy Grail, is scheduled to begin on 11 July 2025.

Two key characters from Fate/stay night will be featured during the event, arguably the two most popular SERVANTS from the series:
- Archer (The Hunt: Quantum) – A 5-star character available for free to all players who log in once the event begins. Described as a warrior who resists the hypocrisy of the world, Archer will join the player’s team as a steadfast ally.
- Saber (Destruction: Wind) – Also introduced as a limited 5-star character, Saber will be available through the Event Warp. She will engage with the Astral Express Crew during the event’s story arc.
The character designs for this collaboration have been created by Fate/stay night co-creator Takashi Takeuchi, with narrative supervision by Kinoko Nasu, ensuring authenticity for fans of both series.
In addition to this collaboration, HoYoverse also revealed an easter egg trailer hinting at a new Honkai title currently in development, rumoured to be named Honkai: Nexus Anima. Expect to hear more about this new game in the future.
