Kojima Productions, in collaboration with PlayStation, has announced plans to host a special panel for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach during the SXSW 2025 festival in Austin, Texas. Scheduled for 9 March, the panel will feature Hideo Kojima alongside special guests Norman Reedus, Troy Baker, and Woodkid, who will share new insights into the upcoming sequel to Death Stranding.
Alongside the panel, Kojima Productions will operate a pop-up shop at SXSW, offering a selection of the latest merchandise themed around Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.
For those unable to attend in person, the session will be made available on SXSW’s YouTube channel following the event, with Portuguese and Spanish audio translations also provided courtesy of Itaú.
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is set to release exclusively on PlayStation 5 later this year.
