The 2024 PlayStation Days of Play celebrations are now underway, running from now until the closing seconds of 12 June 2024 in each region. Started seven years ago by Sony Interactive Entertainment as a global celebration of the community fostered around the PlayStation hardware and games, a range of activities will soon get underway. Some of the content and opportunities are listed below:
Avatars and Activities
To celebrate, new avatars commemorating popular titles offered through PlayStation Plus will be available starting 29 May 2024. These avatars can be redeemed for free on the PlayStation Plus web page or the Days of Play page on PS5 or PS4 consoles.

Additionally, EA Sports FC 24 (from May’s lineup) remains available until June 18. On 3 June 2024, PlayStation Plus members can also download a Roblox pack featuring an avatar for Felix Freezebeard the Yeti.

Days of Play Activities
Days of Play Community Challenge
Three challenges will task PlayStation players with working together as a collective to reach community goals to unlock exclusive PlayStation Stars rewards. This is open to everyone, with PlayStation Plus subscribers getting a bonus reward for participating.
PlayStation Stars Campaigns
Special campaigns will offer new digital collectibles and a new display case. There will be exclusive campaigns for PlayStation Plus members focused on titles available during Days of Play, such as Dredge and EA Sports FC 24.
Esports Tournament for PlayStation Plus Members
The Days of Play Cup for EA Sports FC 24 runs from 1 June to 9 June, with participants earning digital collectibles and in-game rewards. Winners can earn a one-month PlayStation Plus Premium voucher and advance to the playoffs, with prizes on offer including FC Points, cash, and a trip to the 2025 UEFA Champions League Final in Munich. PlayStation Plus Discounts
From 29 May to 9 June, new PlayStation Plus members can save up to 30% on a 12-month plan. Existing members can get 25% off PlayStation Plus Extra or 30% off PlayStation Plus Premium when upgrading between from the 29th until the 12th.
PlayStation Store Offers
The event features two weeks of discounts on hundreds of digital games, including 24-hour flash sales on the PlayStation Store. You should log into the PlayStation Store to see what games are on-sale, or you can jump to the next page and take a gander at the full list – noting that regional and date fluctuations may be in effect.
