Providing a new exercise-oriented gaming experience for the Nintendo Switch, Spike Chunsoft has today released Fitness Circuit in North America, Europe and select parts of Asia. In marking this release, the publisher also shared two trailers (available below) – one a short gameplay spot and the other introducing the voice actors behind each of the game’s six trainers.
Fitness Circuit employs Super Circuit Training, an exercise approach that alternates between aerobic and strength-building exercises. This method is designed to burn calories, enhance endurance, and improve muscle strength in a compact timeframe. The game enables users to complete a standard workout session in just 10 minutes, three days a week, hoping it will be a time-effective solution for those looking to integrate fitness into their busy schedules. Of course, it must be noted that exercise effects and results will differ from individual to individual.
