Classic Tony Hawk's Pro Skater Games Skating onto Nintendo Switch Next Month 1

Following their release of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, a remaster of the first two Tony Hawk pro-skater games for the PlayStation 1, on last and new generation Xbox and PlayStation platforms in 2020 – Activision has confirmed plans to port the collection across to the Nintendo Switch next month.

Adapting the original games by Neversoft and remastered by Vicarious Visions, the collection received good reception from critics and the gaming community alike.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 seeks to blend the game’s original levels, classic pro skaters, old-school tricks, iconic songs, and more that fans remember from the ‘90sand ‘00s into one “gnarly package”, complemented by HD graphics, improved controls, new tricks, original and new music tracks and more. The games also feature both original and newly introduced pro skateboarders to the line-up, including Nyjah Huston, Leo Baker, Leticia Bufoni, Aori Nishimura, Lizzie Armanto, Shane O’Neill, Riley Hawk and Tyshawn Jones.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 will be available on the Nintendo Switch both digitally via the Nintendo eShop and through physical retailers starting 25 June 2021.
