The Last Remnant Remastered Offered on Android and iOS for First Time 1

The Last Remnant has launched on several platforms following its original Xbox 360 release back in November 2008. While it surprisingly cannot be enjoyed remastered on the Xbox One, it can be picked up on the Windows PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and… as of this month…. iOS and Android devices. While this is an RPG I would personally highly recommend picking up for a console rather than your smartphone or tablet, you can now purchase it through the App Store and Google Play Store for $19.99 USD.

The Last Remnant Remastered on iOS and Android devices has been adapted to support touch controls designed specifically for mobile phones and tablets. Other than that, no other content has been added to this release.

First released in 2008 by Square Enix, The Last Remnant was created by Akitoshi Kawazu (Final Fantasy, SaGa series), Yusuke Naora (Art Director on Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy XV) and Hiroshi Takai (Assistant Director on Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn). The game follows protagonist Rush Sykes, who is drawn into an ongoing war over “Remnants” as he searches for his missing sister. The battle system is one of the stand-out features of the game, where you don’t control each character individually but rather as unions comprised of multiple characters whether story-important or hired arms.
