Latest Mortal Kombat X Provides Further Insight Into Special Features

After Mortal Kombat was refused classification in Australia back in 2011, as an Aussie it still comes as a surprise that Mortal Kombat X has managed to pass classification rather than being another game shelved due to being “Refused Classification”.

Hoping to highlight some of the features that are present and particularly new in Mortal Kombat X, Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and developer NetherRealm Studios have provided the above four minute trailer. Jumping between gameplay footage and commentary by members of the development team, this video outlines some of the game’s notable features including the Faction Wars online meta-game which will see players join and collaboratively compete as one of five factions: White Lotus, Brotherhood of Shadow, Special Forces, Lin Kuei and Black Dragon.

Mortal Kombat X is set for release in Australia starting April 15th 2015 on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox360, Xbox One and PC.
