Square Enix have today launched the Final Fantasy Go There campaign, for which its first step is to share elements of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn and assumingly Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster between each other through costumes.
In Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII you will be able to pick up a costume which when worn gives Lightning the appearance of a female Miqo’te with a number of goodies such as battle victory pose. Miqo’te is one of the character classes from Final Fantasy XI and Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn which has just had a male version of its class added.
With Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, Lightning and Snow are set to receive an appearance through their costumes – with Snow’s outfit available for all of the male classes and Lightning’s outfit available for all the female classes. In addition it seems like some Final Fantasy XIII inspired weaponry will also be available.
As of now a collaboration seems to have been confirmed for Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster which is set for release later this year, however Square Enix are remaining tight lipped on this so far.
