After acquiring the rights to World Conquest Zvezda Plot (Sekai Seifuku: Bōryaku no Zuvizudā | 世界征服〜謀略のズヴィズダー~) for a simulcast run when it first aired in Japan in early-2014, Aniplex of America have confirmed plans to release the 13-episode anime series on DVD as a complete series set starting April 28th 2015. With an SRP of $74.98, you should expect to see a few goodies with the retail release alongside the episodes.
The DVD set will contain all 13-episodes (12 TV + 1 OVA) across three discs, with a small compilation of on-disc extras also including such as clean OP/ED sequences and trailers/commercials. This is in addition to a compilation of physical goodies including “collectible special pin-ups”, a soft box cover and mini poster illustrated by Original Character Designer Kuroboshi Kouhaku and a 2-sided reversible DVD cover with illustrations by Character Designer and Chief Animation Director Keigo Sasaki.
While they have given World Conquest Zvezda Plot fancier packaging, they have decided to not commission an English dub for the series – with this being a Japanese dub exclusive title.
