Kaitou Tenshi Twin Angel – The Labyrinth of Time and World Returns as a Fully Voiced HD Visual Novel

ALTERCIWS LLC has announced the release of Kaitou Tenshi Twin Angel – The Labyrinth of Time and World, a remastered version of the 2011 PSP visual novel. This updated edition features full HD support and, for the first time, full voice acting performed by the original cast. The game is available in two versions: Re:light (without voices, with optional DLC) on Steam and Re:light+ (fully voiced) on DLsite.

The game follows Minazuki Haruka and Kannazuki Aoi, students at St. Cherine Academy who secretly fight crime as the heroic duo “Kaitou Tenshi Twin Angels.” When a powerful artifact known as “Angel’s Tears” is stolen, they set out to recover it, encountering new allies, rival phantom thieves, and uncovering the origins of the Twin Angels. The game offers branching story paths based on the chosen protagonist’s perspective, with additional routes and hidden truths unlocked upon completion.

The remaster has been optimized for visual novel gameplay, removing the original slot-based battle system while enhancing visuals with over 120 CG images. The story, supervised by the original creators, is complemented by a new theme song produced by ave;new and performed by Abenyuu Project feat. Saori Sakura & Rie Shirasawa.

The game is priced at $17.50 on Steam, with the voice DLC available separately for $10.50. The Re:light+ version, which includes full voice acting, will be available on DLsite for $25.64 starting 21 March 2025.
