Gotcha Gotcha Games Inc. has announced the pricing, launch discounts, and additional language support for Action Game Maker, the latest entry in the Maker series. The game development toolkit will be released on 17 June 2025, allowing users to create 2D action games without programming knowledge.
A successor to Pixel Game Maker MV, which launched in 2018, Action Game Maker builds on its predecessor’s flexibility while incorporating the Godot Engine for enhanced game development capabilities. The software will be available on Windows via Steam, at a retail price of $99.99.
To celebrate the launch, a 10% discount will be available for two weeks from 17 June to 1 July 2025. Additionally, a special Pixel Game Maker MV bundle will be offered, allowing owners of the previous software to purchase Action Game Maker at a combined 19% discount. This bundle will be available for a limited time and may be discontinued after the launch sale period.
Furthermore, in response to user demand, six new languages—Traditional Chinese, Korean, Russian, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Latin American Spanish—have been added, bringing the total number of supported languages to nine. The previously announced languages include Japanese, English, and Simplified Chinese.
