This digital showcase will broadcast simultaneously in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean across platforms including YouTube, X, and Twitch. This broadcast is slated to feature over 100 games – both new titles and updates – in some capacity or another.
Highlights of the upcoming showcase include world premieres and updates on games such as Witch and Lilies, a romantic JRPG dungeon-crawler by Stromatosoft Inc; Omega Crafter, an automation-focused open-world crafting survival adventure by Preferred Networks; Boyhood’s End, a puzzle-filled story adventure by Why So Serious, Inc.; PIGGY ONE SUPER SPARK, a hyper kinetic action platformer by Hanabushi and hako life; and C.A.R.D.S. The event will feature exclusive reveals selected by the INDIE Live Expo executive committee and a rapid-fire segment titled INDIE Waves, showcasing brief updates on dozens of games. Additionally, the segment Indie Studios Around the World will provide in-depth insights into the local cultures and histories of the teams behind these games.
Ryuta Konuma, Founder and CEO of Ryu’s Office, expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming showcase, sharing:
We are once again blown away by the games that have been submitted. It is an honor to witness the incredible talents and creations from all over the world, and it reinforces our belief in our mission to put a spotlight on your games. May 25th will be filled with surprises; stay tuned!
