Following them opening pre-orders earlier this month, international visual novel publisher MangaGamer have confirmed that their English localization of Appetite’s Secret Sorrow of the Siblings is now available for purchase. Available at a price of $14.95, this budget priced release is targeted towards fans of incest. Unlike a majority of MangaGamer’s English-localized releases, this one does come with mosaics over the naughty bits.
Purchases can be made via the official MangaGamer online store. At the moment, Secret Sorrow of the Siblings is only available via digital download, with no packaged release plans.
Originally published in Japan during 2012; Secret Sorrow of the Siblings is also known as Kyoudai Hiai ~Iya na no ni, Kanjichau~ (兄妹秘哀 ～イヤなのに、カンじちゃう～) in Japan.
Synopsis

So why does this particular title come with mosaics over the naughty bits? Also did I read that right its a blackmail plotline eroge?
Mosaics are pretty much a requirement of visual novels launched to the market in Japan, however there isn’t such a restriction internationally. However I think it has something to do with the fear of reverse import or those from Japan accessing uncensored images which has resulted in studios like Appetite and Minori opting to keep mosaics or reduced mosaics in their western releases. Don’t have the exact reasons in this case, so it could very well be that decensored CG artwork wasn’t available.
and yes, I believe this does feature a Blackmail / Incest approach to its storyline.
