Players can now try 007 First Light without paying. IO Interactive and Amazon MGM Studios have released a Free Starter Pack for the game, which is available now on PC via Steam and Xbox Series X|S and arrives on PlayStation on 10 November 2026.
The Starter Pack lets players step into the shoes of a young James Bond and play through the game’s opening mission in Iceland. PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can also try a separate one-hour Timed Trial of the game. Any progress made in either the Starter Pack or the Timed Trial carries over to the full game if players decide to buy it.
The full game is also discounted for a limited time. It is 40% off on PC via Steam from 5 to 9 November and 40% off on Xbox Series X|S from 5 to 15 November, while PlayStation 5 players can get it for 50% off from 5 to 30 November.
