Bluey and Bingo are getting another game for consoles and PC, with Gameloft confirming that Bluey’s Happy Snaps will launch globally on PC and consoles, both in-store and online, on 15 October 2026. The game has been developed in Brisbane, the series’ hometown, by Gameloft Brisbane, working in close collaboration with Bluey producers Ludo Studio and BBC Studios. It is pitched at kids and families playing together within the world of the show.
At its core, Bluey’s Happy Snaps has players exploring alongside Bluey and Bingo and capturing moments using Dad’s old camera. Those snapshots are turned into memories that go into the player’s own scrapbook, with the aim being to fill it with whatever moments matter most to them. The game is set across locations from Bluey‘s Brisbane and draws on familiar characters, favourite toys and games, Australian wildlife and local details inspired by the series.
Gameloft has also pointed to research led by Professor Daniel Johnson of Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and the Digital Child, which found that Bluey’s Happy Snaps strongly supports children’s autonomy, competence and creativity through open-ended play and meaningful choice. According to the publisher, these findings line up with the game’s focus on giving children the freedom to explore and make their own decisions, with the hope that this curiosity carries on beyond the screen.
Manea Castet, Studio Manager at Gameloft Brisbane, spoke about the team’s motivation for the project and what they hope children take away from it:
Many of us who worked on developing BLUEY’S HAPPY SNAPS are parents ourselves, which is why we wanted to create a game that we could feel proud and comfortable playing with our own kids, one that encourages creativity. Between chasing bin chickens or playing a game of taxi using things lying around the house, we hope that the fun they find in the game inspires them to keep playing off-screen, stopping to take a closer look at the world around them.
Pre-orders for Bluey’s Happy Snaps are open now on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
