Ubisoft and Xbox Game Pass have revealed 1V1 NOW by Xbox Game Pass, a new competitive format for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege X that puts the spotlight on solo skill in head to head matches. The format shall launch in December 2025 through Challenger Mode, with open online qualifiers planned across EML, NAL, SAL and APL regions.
The competition is open to eligible PC players aged 18 and over in participating territories. Rather than traditional team based Siege, as you might be able to tell from its name, 1V1 NOW by Xbox Game Pass focuses on individual performance, allowing players to climb regional leaderboards and compete for both in game status and real world rewards. How well that works in practice is another thing, but respect for embracing the lone wolves in the gaming space!
From the regional qualifiers, the top four players in each region will earn a place in the Finals. These will be held live at the Six Invitational 2026 in Paris, with Ubisoft covering travel, accommodation and expenses for all finalists. Once on site, finalists will compete for a total prize pool of €5,000, with the overall champion set to be crowned live on stage during the Six Invitational weekend. The prize breakdown allocates €2,000 to first place, and €1,000 each to second, third and fourth.
The tournament is structured into three phases. Open Qualifiers for all regions will take place during December 2025, followed by Closed Qualifiers in January 2026. The Finals are scheduled for 14 to 15 February 2026 at the Six Invitational in Paris.

Registration is now open on Challenger Mode, with players able to sign up for their regional qualifier from 1 December 2025.
