Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has announced that DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO will be making its way to both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch on 14 November 2025. Developed by Spike Chunsoft, the team behind the original Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi series, and first released on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC in October 2024, the latest entry aims to deliver high-energy battles and authentic character recreations that fans of the anime franchise have come to expect.
DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO brings the series into a new era, delivering dynamic arena brawls that seek to capture the full spectacle of the franchise’s legendary fights. The game emphasizes fast-paced, gravity-defying combat, complete with signature destructive abilities and explosive Ki attacks rendered in high detail.
For Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 players, the game will offer local multiplayer options alongside motion controls, allowing fans to physically perform and unleash some of their favourite characters’ most iconic moves. Just be sure you wear your wrist-straps if you do this however.
