The biannual INDIE Live Expo is set to take place tomorrow (Sunday, 13 April 2025), with aims of once again continuing to connect indie game fans across the globe. This latest event begins at begins at 6 PM JST / 10 AM CET / 5 AM EST and will be livestreamed in English on both YouTube and Twitch.
Ahead of the broadcast, a new teaser trailer has been released, previewing some of the over 100 upcoming titles to be featured. Some games confirmed to be featured include:
- HYKE: NorthernLight(s) – A pixel-art 2D top-down action RPG co-developed by Akatsuki Games and Aniplex
- Soulmask – A primitive-era survival game from CampFire Studio, published by Qooland Games
- Hungry Meem – A narrative-driven settlement builder developed by Drecom Co., Ltd.
- Sofia in Exchange for Lies – A mystery-themed text-based visual novel from MUTAN
- All in Abyss: Judge the Fake – A poker battle mystery adventure RPG developed by ACQUIRE Corp. and WSS Playground, and published by Alliance Arts
- The Great Villainess: Strategy of Lily – A turn-based strategy game from One or Eight, WSS Playground, and Alliance Arts
- Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis – A psychological rhythm adventure developed and published by WSS Playground
- Marisa of Liartop Mountain – A digital tabletop RPG inspired by classic gamebooks, developed by Unknown X
The showcase will feature returning English emcees Kaori Horiuchi, J-mon, and HighGai, as well as new additions to the team, including Wishlist Addmi Chan, a VTuber-style advocate for indie game wishlisting and reviews.
