After last being seen in the small launch game for the PlayStation 5, Astro’s Playroom, to celebrate the console’s 5th outing and 25-year history, Sony Interactive Entertainment and Team Asobi have confirmed they are working on a new game featuring the lovable mascot character Astro, simply titled Astro Bot.
Of a bigger scale this time around, this new instalment will see players exploring 6 galaxies and over 80 levels in search of Astro’s scattered crew. Hold on tight to your Dual Speeder and dive down to each unique planet, from lush forests, sandy beaches, hot volcanoes to more surprising locations such as a gigantic hourglass or the canopy of a singing tree!
Astro Bot will be launching exclusively for the PlayStation 5 on 6 September 2024.
