New Languages Supported for RPG Maker MV With New Update

Have you found yourself needing to incorporate a language other than English into your RPG Maker MV developed RPG? Unless you had an OSX version of the development software (Which came with Japanese support on Steam), there have been more limited options with regards to presenting the script. This has all changed however.

Degica have recently confirmed that a new update to RPG Maker MV has rolled out onto Steam. This update provides Japanese script support for the tools on Windows PCs. This update also provides support for Korean and Traditional Chinese languages as well.

According to Degica, “This puts one of the easiest to use game creation engines in the hands of more people than ever before!”.

RPG Maker MV is now available for purchase via select digital channels including Steam. You can read my review of the game development software HERE.
