Last week, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced something which most of us already knew – that they are working on an enhanced model of the current PlayStation 4 video game console. Known as the PlayStation 4 Pro, this model comes with a boosted CPU and GPU which will allow the console to offer improved image processing capabilities and 4K visual support. Although no games at this time are set to be locked out to those who do not own a PS4 PRO, some old and new games alike are set to take advantage of the consoles enhanced visual capabilities.
Square Enix and developer Eidos-Montreal have announced that Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will feature support for the PlayStation 4 Pro, and will be available when the console launches on November 10 2016.
According to the companies, the console will offer a “whole new layer of detail”, including an increase in the overall resolution, reduced aliasing, improvements to reflective surfaces and more detailed lighting events. This is all without compromising either the frame rate or overall gaming experience.
Time will tell if there is any noticeable difference between the experience Deus Ex: Mankind Divided offers on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro.

We are always working to push ourselves to the very limit in regards to the art direction of our games, and the PS4 Pro, along with the strong and ongoing collaboration between SIE and Eidos-Montréal, helps to further break down the barrier between our ambitious artistic vision and the end-result you see in-game.
