Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City to Receive Remastered Collection on PS4, Xbox One

While the most recent Batman: Arkham video game, Batman: Arkham Knight, was released on current generation consoles, its 2009 and 2011 predecessors have only been made available on the platforms of their time. Providing players with an opportunity to enjoy all games on the latest platforms, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have confirmed their plans to release Batman: Return to Arkham.

Batman: Return to Arkham is a remastered collection of the Rocksteady Studios developed Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, which will be available on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One beginning July 27th 2016. Being remastered by Virtuos, this game is being created using Unreal Engine 4, a first for the Batman: Arkham series.

Your purchase (Australian SRP: $69.95) will include all Game of the Year edition bonuses and downloadable content for both games, in addition to the improved graphics and upgraded mode,s environments, lighting, effects and shaders you would expect from a remastered edition.

In Australia, this edition is set to be available exclusively through EB Games.
