In the most recent update to their most recent guitar rhythm game, Guitar Hero Live, FreeStyleGames have introduced a new head-to-head competitive mode which will likely offer something to the competitive guitar heroes out there.
Known as Rival Challenges, this new mode will see two players of similar skill levels matched together. These two players will then be pitted against each other 1-on-1 song battle, with the winner being the one who scores the most points.
Additional features introduced in Guitar Hero Live through the GHTV service include the ability to favourite a song and a new daily token reward for those who have depleted their plays.
