To tie in with Bungie and Activision’s upcoming release of Destiny: The Taken King, Sony Computer Entertainment have announced that a Limited Edition PlayStation 4 bundle will be launched alongside the game on September 15 2015. This follows several other PlayStation 4 console announcements in recent weeks, including a special bundle for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and a new “Ultimate Player Edition” 1 terabyte Unit.
This limited edition PlayStation 4 features a distinct design, showcasing a map of the cosmos in silver with the Guardian’s crest set in gold. Also included is a Legendary Edition Copy of Destiny: The Taken King, and the usual assortment of goodies that usually come with the console. Also included is an upgrade to the Digital Collector’s Edition, which includes three exotic Guardian class items with XP bonuses, three class specific emotes, three armour shaders and an early access weapons pack.
As should already be expected, this edition will be available for a limited time at selected retailers.
