Sony Computer Entertainment have confirmed that their long-running Invizimals series, targeted at younger gamers, will be continuing with their announcement of Invizimals: The Resistance on the PlayStation Vita. This portable release for the first time will allow players to capture and collect Invizimals in a free-roaming environment without the need of AR markers.
There are 150 creatures waiting to be captured, including 90 classics from PSP, and even more ways to capture them with 20 brand new mini-games designed by Novarama. The Resistance also feature new battle game modes, ‘Survivor’ and ‘Free For All’. No release date has been confirmed yet.
This release is set to complement the currently on-going TV animated series which has aired across Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Greece and Australia.
