After suffering from several delays and a change in publisher from THQ to Ubisoft, the video game collaboration between Obsidian Entertainment and South Park Digital Studios, “South Park: The Stick of Truth“, has finally come to fruition. To be released this week throughout North America, PAL regions and other selected countries, this will be the first South Park game to receive a physical release since the 2000 title South Park Rally on consoles now three generations behind us.
To mark the impending release, Ubisoft have today shared their launch trailer for the game. Coming in at a little over two minutes in length, this video doesn’t highlight anything in terms of gameplay but shows snippets of the storyline which have come from the creative minds of Trey Parker and Matt Stone.
