Dragon’s Crown brings back many of the gameplay mechanics that made Odin Sphere such a fantastic game back in the Playstation 2 era of consoles – with its own unique mechanics that should appeal to fans of the original.
While the main quest never felt long enough, it offered a hefty supply of challenge and an engaging / active battle system.
At the very least, once you jump into Dragon’s Crown you can stop almost anywhere and appreciate the high production quality put into the 2D side-scrolling action RPG world.
