In my previous post “Compile Heart to Make A Christmas Announcement“, I mentioned that the Japanese developers Compile Heart (Hyperdimension Neptunia, Mugen Souls) were promoting a mystery announcement for Christmas Day. With Christmas Day now almost over, the company have updated the site and clicking on the original teaser image leads to a new website boasting the trailer above.
Aside from the page’s URL sporting the title “Shooting Star”, we have very little idea as to what this could be related to. What we do know however is that this should be another “Keiji Inafune” game, possibly hinting to another title in line with Mugen Souls were another “Keiji Inafune” was involved and seen through several of the game trailers. An example of this is in the trailer below, where he invaded the games first preview trailer and suffered at the hands of the characters.

So when should we expect to hear more information on this title? Expect to read more in the 533rd issue of Dengeki Playstation, due for release this Thursday!
