While current information about this title is very low, it turns out that after much time since the last numbered release in the series (SMT: Lucifer’s Call / Nocturne dependent on your region), ATLUS will be releasing Shin Megami Tensei IV in the near future. You might have been expecting the series to make the jump to the Playstation 3 or Playstation Vita given both of these are supposed to have games in the franchise under their belts (The Playstation 3 release being a mystery for many a year now), but currently the games official website lists it as a Nintendo 3DS exclusive title.
Currently all we have so far is the games teaser website at megaten4.jp, so hopefully we can expect more information soon.
