While there are a few areas for concern with Surge Concerto: Ciel Nosurge which is currently in development by the folks at GUST for their first Playstation Vita title. However, while this title has previously been claimed to have a heavy focus on interacting with the games virtual character Ion, there will be other characters in the game along with a Dive system which I assume is the main storyline/gameplay component to the title. Ion and her friends Turbo, Cat, Plum and a dragon-sort of creature named Telefunken live in a world known as Rashura which faces its end due to the sun expanding and the only means of stopping it is through escaping to one of the floating colonies… but of course only the rich get to enjoy the upper world… most still live on the surface below.
Ion is a main character who has little to no memory of her past, and to unlock her memories you must dive into her soul where you must save Rashura from its grim fate – and while doing so can unlock her memories (Yes, from the sound of it you must dive into a dream world to save the inhabitants of it, I suppose it is like a toned down system of the Ar Tonelico diving system).
