(PAL) Don't forget to put your Pre-orders in for Agarest: Generations of War Zero! 1

For those who are in PAL regions such as the Europe and Oceania (Australia / New Zealand) and have eagerly been waiting the release of Agarest: Generations of War Zero, your wait is almost over. The official release date is the 29th July 2011, meaning you have now less then ten days to put in your pre-order for one of the many special editions they have on offer.

Here is a quick recap of the special editions for those who are interested in purchasing more then just the game – which at this stage is not actually possible.

The best edition of the game is the Double Pack which retails for £ 49.99 (or around 75 Australian Dollars at the current exchange rate). Included in this package is:

  • Agarest: Generations of War Zero
  • Double-sided Inlay
  • A3 Double-sided Poster
  • Agarest: GoWZ Original Soundtrack in a jewel case with an inlay featuring art & track listing
  • 3 x 3D Lenticular Art Cards
  • Collector’s Edition Box
  • The original Agarest: Generations of War (Standard Edition)

+ Exclusive Limited Edition T-shirt! (Size L) (While stocks last)

Pictured above is everything in this edition with the exception of the original game, and is a nice collection. I for one think that the T-shirts that Ghostlight have are top quality, especially the one they released with Persona 3 Portable (In the All-Out-Attack Theme) which they seemingly sold out of rather quickly. The one they have included in the Agarest Zero collection may not be as good as their previous one, but it is a solid addition to the collectors set.

The only other edition is the normal Agarest: Generations of War Zero Collectors Edition which has everything above minus the original game and can come with a t-shirt if you desire (They have two listings each for £39.99: one with a shirt included and one without). As I stated above, you cannot purchase the game by itself a this time.

In PAL regions, this is only being released on the Playstation 3, with no mention on if or when the XBox360 will be released – but I have my doubts if it will.
