Official Lyric Video Released for Old Gods of Asgard’s ‘Herald of Darkness’ Featured in Alan Wake 2

Like everyone other Remedy Entertainment game in recent years, Finnish rock band Poets of the Fall have featured as guest artists, particularly under the in-universe name Old Gods of Asgard as story-important secondary characters. While no spoilers as to what this song contributes to, the band has released its official lyric video for Herald of Darkness, one of their most prominent songs not only in Alan Wake 2, but possibly any Remedy Entertainment game to date. In the video's description this is pitched as "one possible variant of the song", indicating there is more than one version of Herald of Darkness in the works, perhaps a version sans the extra singers. Rock on to the full song uninterrupted, and keep in mind that REBIRTH - Greatest Hits will be releasing on CD and Vinyl next month, featuring tracks including 'Children of the Elder God', 'Herald of Darkness' and 'Take Control' among others.
