Latest Persona 5 Figure Features Ann Takamaki Ready to Dance!

Following the successful release of Persona 5 on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, the development teams at ATLUS developed and published a rhythm spin-off game based on the Phantom Thieves, following the successful release of Persona 4: Dancing All Night on the PlayStation Vita. Although I would argue that Persona 5: Dancing Star Night (P5D) is the weakest of the three Persona-themed rhythm games to date, many of the characters donned stylish attire and choreography which would lend itself nicely to scale figures.

Therefore, it came as little surprise today when a new figure featuring the Phantom Thief Ann Takamaki (aka. Panther) entered its pre-order period earlier today. This pre-painted 1/7 scale (approx. 210mm in height) figure features Takamaki-san in her default “Ball Stage Outfit”, standing on a red base and striking a pose befitting a professional model like herself. Due to release in October 2021, more than a year from now, this figure is being manufactured by Phat Company, with sculpting work by Mitsuru Saito.

Pre-orders are now open via select Japanese retailers with a recommended retail price of 16,800 yen plus tax. The official registration period runs from today until 25 November 2020, but may vary depending on preorder numbers. As of writing, there has been no announced special edition with alternate colour schemes, although do check your favourite figure retailer for any bonus goodies they may be offering alongside her.
