TOMY Group to Showcase BEYBLADE X, T-SPARK, and Gacha at Anime Expo 2025

TOMY Group has announced its participation in Anime Expo 2025, which is set to take place in Los Angeles from 3 July to 6 July 2025. TOMY Group’s presence will be split across three dedicated exhibits: BEYBLADE X, T-SPARK, and Gacha.

Returning to Anime Expo for its second year, the BEYBLADE X booth is for fans of the modern “bei-goma” spinning tops. A highlight of the exhibit will be the U.S. Open Class of the BEYBLADE X National Tournament, held on 5 July. The winner of this competition will earn a place at the BEYBLADE X World Championship 2025, to be held in Japan later in October. Alongside the tournament, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a free-play area and preview upcoming products from the series.

BEYBLADE, debuted in 1999 as a contemporary take on traditional Japanese battling tops. The latest generation, BEYBLADE X, launched in Japan in July 2023.

Making their Anime Expo debut, the T-SPARK and Gacha brands will introduce a variety of experiences for hobby enthusiasts and collectors. T-SPARK, TOMY’s unified brand for adult hobby products, will present over 30 new items across eight series, ranging from DIACLONE sci-fi character toys and ZOIDS motorised model kits, to collectible figures inspired by anime titles such as My Hero Academia and Princession Orchestra. Attendees can also view a mini diorama of Q VILLAGE and explore a dedicated photo spot that recreates the world of the characters. The third Q VILLAGE collaboration, featuring the manga Initial D, will be revealed for the first time at the event.

Meanwhile, the Gacha capsule toy brand, distributed by T-ARTS Company, will mark its 60th anniversary in Japan in 2025. Originating in the United States and becoming a mainstay of Japanese pop culture, Gacha machines are a familiar sight in train stations, shopping malls, and airports throughout Japan. At Anime Expo, visitors can participate in a free Gacha experience, purchase popular items from Japan, and view a display of PERIHAPI! – a blind box figure series that will debut products from Haikyu!! and Piapro Characters. A giant Gacha machine photo spot will also be available for attendees.

TOMY Group’s exhibits will be located at the following booths: Entertainment Hall – E-25 (BEYBLADE X) and E-10 (T-SPARK, Gacha, PERIHAPI!).
