HIDIVE is extending its Fall 2026 Simulcast Season to include the original slice-of-life anime TETSURYO! meet with Tetsudou Musume, which will begin streaming in October. The anime features four female university students who have come together due to their shared interest in railway travel, and it also celebrates the 20th anniversary of TOMYTEC’s Tetsudou Musume, or ‘Railway Girls’, franchise, which is the foundation for the new series.
TETSURYO! will meet Tetsudou Musume and will be streamed exclusively on HIDIVE in the United States and Canada, together with some other international areas such as Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Before the series’ debut on streaming platforms in October, HIDIVE will show the programme for the first time at Anime NYC on 21 August 2026. The screening will occur from 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm Eastern Time in Room 1A15, on the first floor of the South Javits Building at the Javits Center. HIDIVE has also made available through its YouTube channel an official trailer with English subtitles.
The story centres on Misaki Sata, a university student looking for an escape from her everyday life while also trying to discover something she can become passionate about. Shortly after beginning college, Misaki encounters the members of the Railway Travel Club, opening the door to a new world of railway journeys and experiences.
John Ledford, President of HIDIVE, stated that the series will provide the service with a new slice-of-life programme for its forthcoming seasonal schedule and pointed out its focus on the Railway Girls.

TETSURYO! is an original series produced by TOMYTEC in association with Kisetsu Morita, with Misuzu Hoshino directing, Aya Satsuki handling series composition, Naonori Hashimoto responsible for character design, and EAST FISH STUDIO handling the animation.
The main cast features May Tachibana as Misaki Sata. Mao Shouji plays Kodama Orihara. Haruna Fukushima takes the role of Ushio Yagami, and Hika Tsukishiro appears as Usa Harutachi.
