The team behind DreamHack Melbourne has announced the addition of a unique concert to their line-up for this year’s festivities, hololive production x DreamHack Melbourne 2024: Down Under. Scheduled to be held on the evening of 27 April at Rod Laver Arena, this special concert will feature a performance by a selection of vTubers from hololive production, also serving as their first concert in Australia.
While the concert will be accessible to all festival attendees holding a valid Saturday or 3-Day ticket via a general admission area, there are two premium experience passes offering additional benefits. The hololive Premium Upgrade for $89.00 offers guaranteed floor seating and a chance to win a Meet and Greet session. Alternatively there is the hololive Standard Upgrade for $49.00, which offers a guaranteed seat in the tied seating area. Upgrades will be on sale from March 22nd at 1PM AEDT, exclusively through the festival’s official website. Those unable to attend DreamHack Melbourne next month will be able to purchase an online broadcast of the concert HERE for 4,200 yen plus a 220 yen booking fee, which provides the live stream and archive VOD for 4 weeks following the concert.
“Which hololive vTubers are attending?” you ask. Talent confirmed to be attending the event include Houshou Marine (hololive), Tokoyami Towa (hololive), Kureiji Ollie (hololive Indonesia), Pavolia Reine (hololive Indonesia), Mori Calliope (hololive English), and Hakos Baelz (hololive English).
