Funimation Entertainment Unveil Their 'Simuldub' Line-up for Fall 2016

One of the great things about simulcasting and official anime streaming in western markets over the past couple of years is that fans aren’t necessarily locked into watching a series in only Japanese. Although there can be some wait for them to be released, publishers like Funimation Entertainment have been pushing ahead with simuldubs, where a show is dubbed into English well before its home video release and made available online.

Funimation Entertainment have acquired a large number of licenses from the last few anime seasons, and have confirmed they will be offering dubs for at least 18 of these during the Fall 2016 season – both new and continuing. With such a number of shows to be dubbed, I envision there won’t be a lack of opportunities for local voice actors.
