Madman Entertainment Add Three New Series to Simulcast Line-Up

-

In a trio of new anime acquisitions by the company, Australian anime publisher Madman Entertainment have announced that they now hold the rights to Kumamiko: Girl Meets Bear (くまみこ Girl meets Bear), Endride (エンドライド) and Three Leaves, Three Colors (Sansha San’you | 三者三葉). As these three are all beginning to air this month in Japan, Madman will be streaming each episode via their AnimeLab video-on-demand service as simulcasts. Home video releases are likely to follow in the next few years.

Want to know more about each of the three announced titles? Keep on reading!

Announcement #1 – Kumamiko: Girl Meets Bear

What does a bear know about life in the big city? For Machi Amayadori’s sake, hopefully a lot! The young shrine maiden has spent her whole life in the rural mountains with Natsu, her talking guardian bear. Now, at fourteen, she wants to take a chance and attend high school in the big city. Can Natsu really prepare her for city life? Or will his wacky trials be too much for even Machi to bear?

Kumamiko: Girl Meets Bear will be handled in North America by FUNimation Entertainment

Announcement #2 – Endride

Beneath the earth’s surface lies the unknown world, Endra. After touching a mysterious crystal, Shun Asanaga finds himself in this new land and his only way home lies with helping the vengeful Prince Emilio. Recently imprisoned, Emilio vows to take back his rightful throne from King Delzaine.

Endride will be handled in North America by FUNimation Entertainment

Announcement #3 – Three Leaves, Three Colors

Futaba Odagiri is the energetic transfer student who befriends Teru Hayama, the class president who is meaner than she looks, and Youko Nishikawa, a former rich girl who still acts like a princess. Three very different girls who only share one thing: the kanji for leaf in their names. Balancing school and life is hard enough, but what about dealing with clashing personalities on top of it all?

Three Leaves, Three Colours will be handled in North America by (you guessed it) FUNimation Entertainment
