Sentai Filmworks Are Bringing Chivalry of a Failed Knight to Markets Outside of US

-

In an announcement made earlier today by North American anime publisher Sentai Filmworks, it was confirmed that the company have formed an agreement with Viewster to bring Chivalry of a Failed Knight to anime fans in Canada, the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

The first three episodes of Chivalry of a Failed Knight can now be viewed through the service for catch-up viewing, with new episodes to become available on a simulcast basis each week.

Based on the light novel series by Riku Misora, Chivalry of a Failed Knight takes place in a world where human knights can materialize weapons from their souls. The story follows a knight who is widely considered a failure by those around him, and his struggle toward mastery of his weapon.

This anime adaptation’s creative team include Shin Oonuma (Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya / WATAMORE) as director and Jin Tamamura (Invaders of the Rokujyōma!?) as series director. Shogo Yasukawa ()Food Wars!) is in charge of the seasons scripts, Sei Komatsubara is serving as character designer while Jin Aketagawa of Magic Capsule is the sound director. Animation studios SILVER LINK (WATAMOTE, Kokoro Connect, Yurikuma Arashi) and Nexus (Wakaba*Girl) are providing animation production.

Those in Australia and New Zealand can watch this series through Madman Entertainment’s AnimeLab service.
