In recent months, North American anime publisher Sentai Filmworks have chosen to licence rescue a number of Di Gi Charat anime series from oblivion. After picking these up you may be tempted to pick up Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat which still has copies available for it through select retailers.
Be warned that while there is much cutesy fun to have, the episodes do feel more targeted and younger audiences and the bite-sized episodes mean both comedy and development have little chance to shine. This is not aided by the fact that the series is episodic in nature – although occasionally carry a theme across.
