The official website for the upcoming Little Busters! anime series has launched a new promotional trailer for it which can be seen above. This confirms that it will begin being aired in October 2012 and going from the trailer may feature an alternate version of the games original opening theme.
Unlike most KEY visual novel to anime adaptations, this will feature animation from the studio J.C. Staff instead of Kyoto Animation. The anime series is adapted from KEY’s 2007 visual novel title under the same name.
Riki was a child when his parents died, leaving him hopeless and depressed. What saved him was a group of four kids calling themselves the Little Busters. They took Riki out and played with him during his time of need. He really enjoyed being together with them, and his grief gradually faded away. Now in his second year of high school they still hang out, fight and live together, and enjoy their school life.
