Naruto Uzumaki in Sage Mode has joined NARUTO TO BORUTO: SHINOBI STRIKER as the game begins a new season. The character is now playable through a free update, bringing several techniques inspired by his Sage Mode abilities.
Attack type players can use the Frog Kumite and Nature Energy: Concentration ninjutsu. Naruto also introduces the Secret Technique Tailed Beast State: Nine Tails, which allows players to unleash the power of the Nine Tailed Fox during battle.
DLC #49 includes a Hokage Cloak version of Naruto’s outfit for male and female characters, Naruto’s wallet as an accessory, Naruto and Minato hairstyles without headbands, Naruto’s scroll as a weapon and the honorary title Hero.
The game’s eighth anniversary campaign is also running until 24 September 2026. Activities include Weapon and Ninja Tool Trials, Ninjutsu Trials and a login bonus offering 50 Esoteric Scrolls and 50 Valuable Scrolls. A Season Pass bonus will provide a secret ninjutsu technique usable by both Attack and Defence types, along with new weapons. The Ninja Shark summoning animal is also scheduled to arrive during the Northern Hemisphere autumn.
