Following past ‘In Concert’ performances at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, spanning classic works such as Pirates of Penzance to more modern musicals such as The Wizard of Oz, Prospero Arts will be bringing Dusty Springfield to Queensland audiences in Early June 2025 with Dusty The Musical – In Concert.
The company has today shared casting for the production. Returning to the role of Dusty Springfield is Amy Lehpamer, who previously portrayed the iconic singer in The Production Company’s 2016 staging. Jayme-Lee Hanekom, fresh from TINA – The Tina Turner Musical, takes on the role of Reno, while Nikola Gucciardo will portray Mary O’Brien, Dusty’s younger self. Nat Jobe has been cast as Rodney, and Kat Harrison will play Peg.
