Fans of the Life is Strange series attending New York Comic Con (NYCC) from 17 to 20 October 2024 will have two key events to look forward to, celebrating the incoming release of Life is Strange: Double Exposure. These events cover a panel discussion and a community meetup, both offering opportunities to engage with the game’s developers and voice actors.
On Friday 18 October, a panel will be held featuring key contributors to Life is Strange: Double Exposure. Voice actors Hannah Telle, who plays Max Caulfield, and Blu Allen, who voices Moses, will join two developers from Deck Nine Games, Jonathan Stauder (Game Director) and Felice Kuan (Narrative Director), to discuss their work on the highly anticipated sequel. The panel will be moderated by Andrea Rene and will explore both the creative process behind the game and the experience of bringing these characters to life. The event will take place from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. ET in room #406.3 of the Javits Center.
On Saturday, October 19, fans can attend a Life is Strange: Double Exposure community meetup, which will be held at Clinton Hall in Midtown Manhattan (16 West 36th Street, New York, NY 10018) from 7 to 10 p.m. ET. The meetup will offer photo opportunities, giveaways, and appearances by Life is Strange mascot Hawt Dawg Man. The event is free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, with an RSVP required for entry. Attendees must be at least 21 years old, but a NYCC badge is not necessary to attend.
These events coincide with the Early Access release of Life is Strange: Double Exposure, which begins on 15 October 2024. Early Access provides players with the opportunity to experience the first two chapters of the game ahead of its full launch on 29 October 2024 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
