Developer Zerocreation Games and publisher 2P Games were in attendance at INDIE Live Expo with celebratory news — their latest visual novel project, the dark and grim The Hungry Lamb: Traveling in the Late Ming Dynasty has sold more than 230,000 copies worldwide. With a niche such as visual novels, it is always nice to see a studio hit their goals in the space, especially when it is a SFW title.

To mark this announcement, Zerocreation has confirmed that a new update next month will “revitalize the English localization”, with longer term goals, such as further dubs as mentioned in the statement by Ji Ling also in the works.
The Hungry Lamb is now available to purchase on the PC via Steam, and offers Chinese, English and Japanese localised text, with Chinese voice acting. Further dubs in Japanese and perhaps English are to come in the future.
